Queen Garnet, zesty orange and creamy coconut milk makes the perfect threesome in this refreshing, flavoursome chia pudding.

Serves two

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup Nutrafruit Queen Garnet Nectar
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds (add less if you would prefer it to be more runny)
  • ½ tsp fresh orange zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

How to make it:

  1. Add the nectar, vanilla extract and coconut milk to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk until the mixture is uniform throughout
  3. Pour into 2 cups
  4. Sprinkle orange zest and desiccated coconut on the tops for decoration
  5. Leave in the fridge for ~4 hours or until it is slightly firm gel
