There’s no need to spend money on an overpriced parfait at a cafe when you can make one super easily and cheaply at home! This healthy parfait is the perfect way to spice up your ordinary morning cereal bowl.

Serves 1

What you’ll need:

  • 6 tbsp Nutrafruit Queen Garnet Nectar
  • 6 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • Optional: pomegranate seeds

How to make it:

  1. Add 3 tbsp yoghurt to a glass
  2. Add 2 tbsp nectar
  3. Add 1/2 cup granola
  4. Add 3 more tbsp yoghurt
  5. Add 4 more tbsp nectar
  6. Finish off by adding 1/2 cup more granola
  7. Optional: sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top
